// every weekly review produces
More than a report: the next steps, ready to approve
- 01A scored reportKPIs vs target, with numbers computed from platform data — never written by the model.
- 02Ranked changesConcrete proposals, marked spend-affecting or irreversible, ready to approve.
- 03Follow-up tasksWork that needs a person — landing pages, tracking, creative — on your Paid Ads board.
- 04Scheduled checks“In 3 weeks, if still budget-limited, revisit.” Decisions that need time get a dated check.
- 05A summary emailWhat changed, what's waiting on you, and what's next — in your inbox.
// propose → approve → apply
Language models never get write access to your ad accounts
Every write tool for Google, LinkedIn and Reddit Ads is removed before an agent or chat ever sees its tools. Agents can only file a proposal. A deterministic applier — plain code, no model — makes the approved change exactly once.
- 1Review reads, never writes
Read-only calls only: get, list, search, report.
- 2Proposal is validated and sealed
Only allow-listed operations. Duplicates are dropped. New campaigns and ads are created paused.
- 3A person approves
Spend-affecting and irreversible changes always wait for you. Low-risk fixes can be auto-approved per campaign — or not.
- 4Applied once, by code
The Ad Change Applier checks the seal and applies the exact change you approved.
// account review
See the account the way a strategist does
Once a week, a second agent reads every campaign in an account side by side — overlaps, cannibalization, budget split, patterns that repeat across reviews — and files only strategic, validated recommendations. Those are never auto-approved.
- overlapTwo campaigns bid on the same high-intent terms — consolidate into one.
- budgetThe converting campaign is budget-limited while a weaker one underspends.
- patternThe same landing-page issue appeared in four campaign reviews.

The playbooks behind the reviews
All paid ads guides →Paid Ads FAQ
Which campaigns get reviewed?
New active campaigns are discovered by the hourly sync and wait for you to Track or Dismiss them. Tracked campaigns are reviewed weekly; paused ones resume automatically when the platform campaign does.
Can I turn off auto-approval entirely?
Yes, per campaign. Spend-affecting and irreversible changes are never auto-approved in any case.
Do you need admin access to my ad accounts?
You connect each platform with OAuth and choose which accounts to include. Reviews only see the accounts you connected.
